How you can help at home

Helping An Anxious Child
Anxiety is common in children and can be caused by a range of factors. The good news is that children can be helped to understand that the feelings they are having are normal and that they are able to take control of their emotions. Below are some articles that may be useful to use at home, please remember to come and talk to your child's class teacher if your child needs additional support.
