A week in Kaimai Pod

This week Kaimai Pod has been doing some sunflower art. Firstly they started with the outline in chalk and then used pastel to colour it in. They then blended the colours together. When they finish blending, they dyed the page with a colour and that made the chalk turn into a outline.

In writing we have been doing bio poems. They are poems about yourself and they also tell a little more about the things you like. In Maths Kaimai have been doing some problem solving and graphs about different people and countries. We also have been learning on our techniques of swimming and seeing what type of swimming they can do. ​

Kaimai is grateful for the new things we have, like the wobble chairs and the air conditioner (the air conditioner is one of my favourites). We thank all parents and caregivers that make Kaimai an awesome classroom.
