We have had a busy term, filled with lots of learning.

For Sea Week we created some Under the Sea writing and art work. We started our Under the Sea art by painting a small white circle in the top half of the page. We then started adding blue to the outside of the circle. The blue got darker and darker, the further away we got. We cut out a black border and stuck this onto our painting. We then cut out sea creature silhouettes and glued these on. The final touch was to add some glitter.  We wrote a description based upon what it would be like to be under the sea and published this on the back of our artwork.

For our Safari Art we were focusing on blending colours. We wanted to make a safari sunset for our background. We started with a light white/yellow colour at the bottom and gradually got darker. We wrote created 'What am I?' haiku poems and published these on a silhouette of our animal. We then cut out our animal silhouette and added some extra features such as trees and birds.

We are lucky to have Room 14 as our buddy class this year. We always start our buddy class with buddy reading and singing. We then do some other fun things with our buddies. We have been on a nature scavenger hunt, created some creatures by rolling a dice and went on an easter egg hunt.
During Inquiry we have been researching about different countries. We have been researching the geography, landmarks, traditions and food of our country. After we have finished our research we are going to present it as a Google Drive Slide, poster or a booklet.

This is one of the most amazing things that I have ever seen on the internet. I am really glad that there are organizations who are trying to make a difference in this world. I know that you are doing the best you can, and it does not really need to be a lot. If you want people to know what you want to do, then I suggest that you create a page. I will gladly donate to help your cause.
