Room 27 Boomerang bag project 2017

11/15/2017

The Boomerang bag project was brought to Katikati by Jizzy Green. It is part of a worldwide Boomerang bag campaign to stop the use of plastic bags.

Jizzy is a local environmentalist and teacher. She inspired Room 27 to write to local businesses to tell them about the use of plastic bags and how they can kill sea animals and turtles. We have been making our own bags for other classes to use.

We delivered the bags this week and we hope to see our local community get behind this great project! We need to write more letters now so that other businesses take up the Boomerang challenge!

Let's make Katikati plastic bag free!!

Amazing article related to the environmental health of the sea animals. The extra use of Plastic bags polluted our airy environment and also disturb the life of people that work in this polluted area having different respiratory disorders.

I am very thankful for the existence of the tote bag. Besides from it can be seen as something fashionable, it can also save us from using plastic bags when shopping. We can have a partnership to make the project even more interesting. In every purchase of boomerang bag, they can have rush essay discount . This can be a great deal for students, especially college ones. Thank you for having this project! It's really a big help in saving the sea animals and turtles.

That was a good idea. I hope that the local government too will look forward to this kind of activity. Bringing your own Eco bag will be much helpful in order for them to save the environment. Many issues have passed regarding an increase rate of animals who live in the sea being dead. I hope that this case will be less for years to come. This kind of activity is also helpful for children to mold their creativity and care for the environment.
